The Wall Street Journal Online was kind enough to provide a great historical map on the Boom and Bust of U.S markets...after the Sub Prime mess. The Map starts at Q1 2005 and ends Q2 2007. It has great excellent detail on Median Home Prices, Change in mortgage delinquency, delinquency rates and all be city. It provides excellent data and really shows that some markets are far worse than others. Take a look.
