Big Changes In Store For Title Insurance

http://www.brokeriptv.com/gary

BrokerIPTV : Today we are talking with Gary Wolff, owner and operator of www.mytitleins.com.

Gary, thanks for being with us. Tell me a little bit about the Title Insurance industry, is it changing and how?

Gary Wolff: Well it is been after spending 32 years in the business. I have actually come up with some ideas with myself. I believe will be quite innovative now for the industry. They have been in the spot light for quite a few years. Some very interesting issues ranging from reinsurance issues, kickbacks the inducements, may be cutting rates and its time for them to change and I think they have also recognize that themselves.

BrokerIPTV : Really? I don’t know so lot of title companies spending a tremendous amount time and money on education. Talk a little bit about that part of the business?

Gary Wolff: Well, I think its good that the industry provides the education. There is a lot of people that need to understand more about title insurance and that’s really what our website is also about is providing more information for the real-estate professional. I think most of the companies provide educational packages and continuing, they have two real-estate professionals and I think that will continue because it’s we always be needed.

BrokerIPTV : What about marketing with the real-estate agent. There are some limitations on what title companies can do, your thoughts on that area?

Gary Wolff: Well, my thoughts on the marketing aspect I think are going to be a little bit different, just because on looking at a big change in the marketing aspect. I don’t in vision in the future that the marketing reps will be out there in full force or calling on the real-estate professionals as they do on a daily basis. I think there is going to be changes that will make the industry more efficient and provide more value without having as much marketing on the streets.

BrokerIPTV : You mean that we will probably be more electronic with out title company is that it, they are going to – our marketing will be more electronic?

Gary Wolff: Yes, I would agree with that because most of the real-estate professionals now working out of their home.

BrokerIPTV :

Gary, great talking with you, thanks very much, much success to mytitleins.com.

Gary Wolff: Thank you, yeah.
