Terabitz offers buyers the first iPhone real estate search platform

Intero Real Estate services of Northern California was the first to roll out the new iphone MLS service offered by Terabitz.  Mobile property search is a natural for the iPhone and mobile search is the next progression for Real Estate.  Apple is on target to sell 10M iPhones in 2008

The company is now planning to implement this technology with all its other offices in the future. The interface gives a the user a quick search box.  Once located,  a potential property, users can select a particular home and view its complete property listing information, which states all the information about the home, including its features, history, photos and surrounding neighborhood. With just a few more clicks, consumers can instantly contact a real estate agent, e-mail the listing to a friend or access information about local restaurants, schools in the location and recent comparable sales.
